Matt remodeled my entire house with beautiful results! This included taking out unnecessary walls in the master bedroom and between the kitchen and TV room, which made both areas more airy and appealing. He also installed fantastic granite counters throughout the kitchen and family room. He completely upgraded my laundry room – re-piping the washing machine, removing all the dry rot, putting in a beautiful counter, and spacious cabinets. He removed old, out dated closet doors in all the bedrooms, replacing them with more attractive ones.

Other improvements included updating my fireplace – putting in a mantel and installing a beautiful granite face. He had the entire interior house painted, including putting crown molding throughout. He also had the exterior of my house painted, which included attractive trimming. In addition, he replaced my old carpets in the family room and kitchen with hard wood floors, and refurbished the hard wood floors in the hallway, and bedrooms. Matt has also gutted, and then landscaped both my front and back yard with amazing results. He continues to maintain my yard on a weekly basis. I think Matt has definitely increased the value of my house, inside and out, including my yard, to a great extent! Matt is very easy to work with, never pressuring me. He would often work on weekends to get “the job done”! I remember asking him if he could finish by June, when I would be hosting a college graduation party for my son. No problem!! I was extremely happy to “show off” the house to my guests!
